Dennis Siersma

Pharmacist & Responsible Person (GDP)

I build AI and software for the pharmaceutical quality system: tools that operate under GxP and stand up to an audit.

I do so as a pharmacist with more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur, manager and board member in pharmacy, and as a Responsible Person who knows where the bar is.

What I build

  • AI in the quality system

Standardised, verifiable use of AI: reusable AI work instructions that make procedures, quality agreements and validation reports consistent. A qualified person always reviews the final result.

  • Self-built GxP tools

A platform that checks suppliers and customers against public registers such as the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, EudraGMDP, the BIG register and VIES. A multi-site audit tool covering more than fourteen standards. A system for assessing cold-chain excursions, and QMS dashboards built on its REST API.

  • Data as regulatory evidence

A drift analysis of calibration data supporting the extension of the recalibration interval for temperature sensors from one to two years. A statistical justification of alarm settings based on raw logger data.

How I build

Traceable
Version control and dated sources. Every outcome can be traced back.
Verifiable
AI does the groundwork, a qualified person decides.
Proportionate
As simple as the risk allows.
